The Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Program is a joint MBA program between the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the US and WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. The program combines American and European management know-how. As part of the Kellogg Global Executive MBA Network, students have the opportunity to gain perspectives from around the world through intensive participation in global electives and are taught by world renowned faculty from the Kellogg School of Management, WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management and partner institutions all around the globe.
The Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Program is geared towards experienced managers and mid-career professionals with an average of 11 years of work experience. The flexible class schedule on alternating weekends over a period of 24 months allows students to apply the knowledge acquired through outstanding team members and faculty back to the workplace facilitating the learning process. In addition, the program puts strong emphasis on personal development and responsible leadership through fully integrated units such as individual coaching, outdoor leadership training, and 360° peer feedback sessions.
