Osteopathy is a form of healthcare that can diagnose and treat many medical conditions using joint manipulation and mobilisation, massage, and stretching to reduce pain and improve movement. We work with the structure and function of the body, which is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.

We specialise in the treatment of pain and injury, ranging from acute to chronic presentations. Some of the conditions we treat are sports injuries, repetitive strains, back pain, neck pain, disc bulge (aka 'slipped' disc), muscle strains, ligament sprains, arthritis and general aches and pains.

Using in-depth knowledge and skills honed from years of practice, I will determine the underlying cause of the pain and treat each patient with a combination of techniques. I have experience in treating a variety of different musculoskeletal conditions and have achieved great success in helping patients to reduce pain and restore the normal function of their bodies.

We also provide advice on posture and exercise to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms recurring.

Patients can come from all walks of life including the young, the elderly, manual workers, office professionals, pregnant women, children and sportspeople.
