Pact is a non-profit that provides support and community to adopted children of color and their families on the lifelong journey of adoption. Our services include a placement/adoption agency, educational programs, counseling and therapy, support groups, a teen club, an annual family camp, and more. Our approach is honest, child-centered, and anti-racist.
