Working out and eating well (with the occasional treat of course!) should be a lifestyle change, and not a quick fix.


Training with me is fun, motivational and it gets results quickly.

You need to remember some very important factors when it comes to fat loss:

  1. your body likes having fat  - we are programmed as women to store fat incase of famine... we need a certain amount, but to lose the fat, you need to "trick" your body and constantly change your exercise and intensity to get results
  2. you need to eat well - no diets, no replacement meals, no bad foods! be sensible, and fuel your body with nutritious energy
  3. you must do cardio training to elevate the heart rate - "burning fat" happens when your body uses up all the extra energy in your system to continue to "work". Our aim is to have you using up all that energy, so that your body slowly loses the excess fat
  4. weight training helps as it strengthens the body, and helps you burn more fat
  5. you need to have rest days to allow your body to heal  and re-energize
  6. exercise needs to be fun! or else you simply won't do it...

You don't want to hear this, but losing weight and keeping fit is quite simple:

eat less, move more, get plenty of rest

I know, you don't have the time... MAKE THE TIME! 
We all get lazy, I'm guilty of this too... but you need to nurture your body and make it strong and lean and able to see you through til 100!
