Exec-Relocations

Exec-Relocations offer a complete, personalized service to assist executives and their families in their relocation to the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Each programme is tailored to the client's needs and covers requirements such as housing, budgets, schools, preferred suburbs and facilities - all of which are discussed both prior to and after arrival.

A Welcome Kit is delivered to their temporary accommodation upon arrival, containing information on our way of life, driving licences, Medicare, schools, banking, tax information and transport.

Choosing a programme is easy. The only decision to make is how long the programme is going to be. We offer the same high level of service whether it is for one day or unlimited. Our consultants organise:A tour of local areas and facilities based on the client's needs

• Viewing of properties within a predetermined price range - this involves setting up appointments with relevant real estate agents

• Once a property has been secured, the consultant liaises with the agent on rent, leases, property inspection reports, move-in date and connection of utilities.

• School assistance - research is done into appropriate schools and appointments are then set up with the relevant schools. NB - non-Australian residents (on a 457 visa) pay an annual entrance fee per child to enter government schools in NSW. This fee is currently $4,500 (2007/2008) per child per annum. • If clients are looking to buy a property as opposed to renting, the consultant will inform them of FIRB (Foreign Investments Review Board) regulations (otherwise the procedures for viewing remain the same.)

We usually recommend a minimum of a four day programme if the brief is to secure a rental property. More time is needed if the client wishes to buy.
