Song Saa Resorts & Foundation

Since opening in 2012, the award-winning Song Saa Private Island has pioneered conservation-based luxury tourism in Cambodia’s Koh Rong Archipelago. Working with surrounding villages, the Cambodian government, financial investors, donor partners and broader stakeholders, Song Saa strives to improve local livelihoods and preserve the region’s varied marine life and rainforests.
In 2013, the Song Saa Foundation was established. It is a non-profit organisation of like-minded advocates who champion community conservation and environmental awareness. The foundation runs programmes focused on protecting the natural environment and helps to strengthen local communities, enabling growth.
