From day one, we can provide a detailed selection of properties in suitable areas, according to budget, which will meet the requirements of each individual. Furthermore, we can show you the immediate areas, beaches, promenades, local restaurants and town centres which are equally as important as the property itself. The Property Advisory covers most of the Costa Del Sol, although specialises in the Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona areas. These three towns offer superior infrastructure and high quality developments compared to other areas and therefore our clients have a better choice of property, in nicer surroundings. Wheelchair access has vastly improved over the last few years in areas such as San Pedro de Alcantara, with its wonderful beach promenade and the new Town Centre Boulevard with plenty of space for strolling around and numerous restaurants with outdoor terraces, allowing people to enjoy the climate whilst enjoying drinks and a meal.
