Gillian Smith (founder) is a personal coach and artist. She has a B.A.(Hons) degree in Multidisciplinary Design, N. Staffs' University. In 1984, she was invited to attend a postgraduate course at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. Then she completed her studies there in 1986 and exhibited her work in the degree show. This led to several exhibitions throughout the Netherlands and Europe, and a grant from the Dutch government to enable her to set up herself as a professional artist.
