Jaloa Restaurant

The restaurant is housed in a building from the 17th century and an other part of it should be the oldest house in Brussels, last vestige of a 15th century cloister Sainte Croix. Gaëtan Colin takes the opportunity of a marvelous architecture with a very contemporary development to work in a kitchen open onto his public.
