The school is a not for profit organization registered under Ghanaian law as a company limited by guarantee. Its income is mainly from fees, although contribution from an active Parent-Teacher Association, alumni and well wishers provide a welcome addition. Fiscal policy is determined by the Board of Directors. The company Regulations provide for a Board of Governance (including the Directors) who determine board education policy.
