"Great child photography is about small moments"

Child photography is about a moment, a fleeting, marvelous moment that one captures and composes at the same time, a spontaneous moment when fullness and simplicity come together to form a whole. Whether I'm working with a client or photographing my own son, I aspire above all, to capture small moments; connections, encounters, tiny gestures, and silences. As you'll see if you look through my images, my aim is not to simply document what my subjects look like, but rather to capture a revealing glimpse of what goes on within their own extraordinary, private worlds.
