Since our founding in 1988, we have consistently strived to improve the quality of our services. In 2000, we became a member of IAM – International Association of Movers, which is the largest international movers’ organization.

In 2003, we fulfilled all membership requirements for FIDI Global Alliance, which is the most prestigious association of international movers. In the meantime we obtained the FAIM quality certification, which is accorded only to movers who meet strictly defined criteria in sixteen categories, including:

• sales

• administration

• personnel

• operations

• security

• customer care

The FAIM process of reviewing and verifying quality standards is performed by independent auditors Ernst & Young, Brussels.
We are the only mover in Slovenia to have obtained FAIM quality certification and to be a member of FIDI, IAM, FEDEMAC.
