Swan Knight Distillery is based in Bedford, Bedfordshire. Its name is a nod to the fairy tale, legendary character called The Swan Knight. It is believed that he returned from war and was towed across a river, in a boat, by a swan. Once across, he saved a damsel in distress and went on to marry her.
